Esch-Belval Open Source Luxembourg Conference

Terres rouges Building, 14 porte de France, Le mercredi 7 octobre 2026 de 09h00 à 18h00.

While some considered Digital Sovereignty an impossible endeavour others decided to lead by example and invest in Open Source software and skills to show that it is indeed possible.

International cooperation between OSPOs (Open Source Program Offices), members of the Digital Commons EDIC, and many other organisations, associations, and individuals are delivering the solutions that are enabling radical change in how we consume and contribute to digital tools.

This year’s conference will provide participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences on current and planned projects that implement and secure Open Source software for many use cases.

Several additional tracks will take place in the afternoon: public sector, United Nations and humanitarian organisations, artificial intelligence, EdTech, cybersecurity, fediverse and self-hosting.

Participants are required to register to allow us to plan for catering, refreshments, T-Shirts and to prepare the rooms for the required number of participants based on your tracks’ preferences.

If you would like to be part of this conference and meet the experts that are contributing in creating a safer and more Open Source future then visit the Registration page.
